I tell you these knife companies from North Carolina next to NC blade Asheville steel has the greatest email support around. Rob is basically at your beck and call and makes you feel spoiled cuz he answers every dang question I ask within minutes sometimes half a minute. Of course give him time to answer cuz it may not always be that way but this guy does business right and he's always there to help you out when you need help ordering. If I could give six stars I would give it six stars. I've already owned one of these knives in the past but from now on I'll be ordering knives straight from Asheville steel and not from blade HQ. 100%
